With regard to the collection, usage and management of personal information on the Fukuoka Prize website (hereafter referred to as “the Site”), we will handle all information appropriately in the ways stated below according to the Fukuoka City Personal Information Protection Act. Personal information refers to any personally identifiable information such as address, name, telephone number and e-mail address provided to the Fukuoka Prize Committee (hereafter referred to as “the Committee”) through the Site.

In principle, the Committee will only collect personal information provided voluntarily by individual users of the Site.
The purpose(s) of collection will be specified and collection is only carried out to accomplish the said specified purpose(s).
