To celebrate Mr. Zhang Lu’s the Arts and Culture Prize winning, the series of screening of his films were held including ‘Fukuoka’ screened at his public lecture, ‘Ode to the Goose’ and ‘Yanagawa’. Mr. Zhang has appeared in each screening venue and gave a pre-screening speech.

One day only special workshop has been given for 7 young creators who aspire to become film directors or film producers. After Mr. Zhang’s critique on the works and program by the participants, everyone walked through Tenjin and Nakasu areas which were the locations for Mr. Zhang’s film ‘Fukuoka’ and he gave a lecture on filmmaking techniques, including how he came to shoot with that composition and the points he emphasized during location scouting.
