The highlights of the Award Ceremony of Fukuoka Prize 2021 is available to view.

This year’s ceremony was held online without a live audience to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Please enjoy the highlight of the ceremony which was streamed live.

The laureates of the Fukuoka Prize 2021 are as follows ; Grand Prize, Palagummi Sainath ( India, Journalist), Academic Prize , Professor Kishimoto Mio ( Japan, Historian), and Arts and Culture Prize, Mr. Prabda Yooon ( Thailand, Writer, filmmaker and artist). Both Mr. Sainath and Mr. Prabda joined the ceremony online from their home counties.
